In Bongo 2.0 you can Edit Multiple Keyframes at the same time. You can easily choose the Keyframes you want to change by clicking and dragging the mouse cursor over the Keyframes on the Timeline.

Open up the Keyframe Editor to Edit them. At the bottom of the Keyframe Editor you can see which Keyframes are activated.
