====== Rhino crashes when signing in caused by Astrill VPN ======
Rhino crashes when you try to sign in to your Rhino account.

==== Symptoms ====
  - Rhino closes immediately after you click **Login as**, before the web browser opens.\\ {{:rhino:login.png?200|}}
  - For Rhino 6 and 7, the Rhino crash report dialog appears.\\ For Rhino 8, the crash report dialog only appears when using the /netfx parameter.\\ The crash dump has short call stacks about "ASProxy64".

==== Solutions ====

Uninstall **Astrill VPN**, restart Windows, and try signing in to Rhino again.

If you still need Astrill VPN, try the following steps:
  - Press and hold Ctrl key and click the 3 bars at the top left corner of AstrillVPN client.
  - Click HELP > LSP Uninstall
  - Once done, close Astrill VPN client and restart the computer.
