 The easiest way is to simply copy the //settings-Scheme_Default.xml file// from one installation to the other, replacing the original.  The file is located at //C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\<version number>\settings//.  This may also work when upgrading versions, but it is somewhat risky, as some settings change between versions.
