Il s'agit d'un problème avec Microsoft .NET framework. Téléchargez l'outil de réparation de Microsoft .NET Framework pour réparer .NET Framework comme indiqué dans cet article : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/976982/net-framework-update-installation-error-0x80070643-or-0x643
Réinstallez ensuite Rhino.
