摘要： Zoo 需要使用TCP埠80。

當我重新開啟我的伺服器時，Zoo 5服務並未被啟動。我檢查了Windows事件日誌(控制台→系統管理工具→事件檢視器)，我可以看到Zoo 5服務登入錯誤如下：

The Zoo 5.0 service on the Local Computer started and then stopped.
Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by another
service or program.

在 Windows 事件日誌中，檢查詳細資訊的錯誤，可看到下列報告：

Address already in use by another process.
Run 'netstat -o -n -a' from a command line to find the conflicting
process ID, then look in Task Manager to find the name of that process.

1. 在命令列執行netstat -o -n -a，記下您想要開放的PID號埠。
2. 從工作管理員可以看到哪些程式具有 PID，你可以了解哪些程式正在使用該埠。

這個錯誤的主因是正有其他應用程式已佔用埠80，一次只有一個應用程式可以使用埠80，所以Zoo無法正常使用，一般來講會常見的應用程式會影響到的埠80如下：

• Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows® Services
• Apache HTTP Server
• Java
• Skype

1. 把Zoo移到另一台沒有執行其他網路服務的主機。可以是一台列印伺服器、另一個保持開啟的電腦工作站或是另外一個虛擬主機。
2. 將其他的網路服務配置到不同埠，Apache及IIS皆可配置到不同的埠運行。
