摘要： Zoo 5需要使用TCP埠80。 requires access to TCP Port 80. This is not possible on systems with Web Services running.

当我重新开启我的服务器时，Zoo 5服务并未被启动。我检查了Windows事件日志(控制台→系统管理工具→事件检视器)，我可以看到Zoo 5服务登入错误如下：

The Zoo 5.0 service on the Local Computer started and then stopped.
Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by another
service or program.

在 Windows 事件日志中，检查详细信息的错误，可看到下列报告：

Address already in use by another process.
Run 'netstat -o -n -a' from a command line to find the conflicting
process ID, then look in Task Manager to find the name of that process.

1. 在命令列执行NETSTAT -ano，记下您想要开放的PID号埠。
2. 从工作管理员可以看到哪些程序具有 PID，你可以了解哪些程序正在使用该埠。

这个错误的主因是正有其他应用程序已占用埠80，一次只有一个应用程序可以使用埠80，所以Zoo无法正常使用，一般来讲会常见的应用程序会影响到的埠80如下：

• Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows® Services
• Apache HTTP Server
• Java
• Skype

1. 把Zoo移到另一台没有执行其他网络服务的主机。可以是一台打印服务器、另一个保持开启的计算机工作站或是另外一个虚拟主机。
2. 将其他的网络服务配置到不同埠，Apache及IIS皆可配置到不同的埠运行。
