The symptoms consist of:

• Flickering viewports when trying to draw or drag geometry around
• Certain viewports showing up in the wrong place (i.e. the Perspective view shows up where the Top view is and vice versa)
• Picking not correctly selecting the right piece of geometry
• Possibly others.

• What you do to reproduce the problem.
• Screen capture of problem
• Screen Capture for Rhino Options → View → OpenGL dialog
• Make/model of graphics card
