The Text command dialog does not open for some V6 users in Windows 7

A few users have reported that running the Text command in Rhino V6 under Windows 7 fails silently. No command dialog comes up at all.

This Microsoft article talks about the bug introduced in a Windows 7 update and includes a fix. The problem is related to the Windows update corrupting a .NET installation and causing font controls to potentially cause a crash
